Shipping Policies




All prices on this web site are in U.S. Dollars.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and we send your tracking number via email.

Orders placed after 2pm Central Time will be shipped the next business day.


This Web Site has Anti Fraud safeguards in place and prosecution for all fraudulent orders will be pursued.

Our Address Verification System will require the exact address to which the credit card is billed.

We may, at our option, require the ship to address be listed with the credit card issuer.


If the ship to address is different than the bill to address, 

then the order will be shipped with a signature required at the time of delivery. 

Our shipping is located in Jonesboro, Arkansas.


Many shipping choices are available on the check-out form ( ground, air, and many countries )

The carriers do not pick up on Saturday or Sundays. Our business days are Monday through Friday.

Example: Orders placed on Sunday and wanting 3-day service will be shipped on Monday and

delivered on Thursday unless the carrier declares an exception.

If an exception is declared by a carrier, then no refund for shipping will be allowed.

An example of an exception is WEATHER.

Freight is just  $ 12.95 for any size order to the Lower 48 United States and

We ship U.P.S. Ground to the continental United States - allow up to 7 days.

Postal Service to Canada / Alaska / Hawaii - allow 14 days

** Please NOTE: Since Jeffco & Collins salon equipment will be drop-shipped from Jeffco & Collins, Jeffco/Collins will collect state sales tax in states they have a presence in.

Countries other than USA:   We offer Postal and UPS Air to countries who have UPS service. Just type in your shipping address into the comment box. We will charge your card the additional difference between the chosen checkout freight charges and the actual freight charges on the day it is shipped. Any import charges are your responsibility at the time of delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 5 days.




Large salon equipment items:   (salon chairs, dryers, mats, cabinets, carts, manicure tables) are shipped only to U.S. addresses and by ground ( not air ). Please help us by selecting your choice of shipping methods with this policy in mind. If you are willing to pay for air shipping on large items, please phone us after placing the order and we will arrange for it and bill your card the additional amount needed to off-set the expense.

Your satisfaction is always our top priority! We continually strive to make the return process as easy and hassle-free for our customers as possible. Please be sure to follow the instructions indicated below.

Return Period & Cost

Please check your fulfilled shipped orders carefully and notify us immediately if there is a mistake, shortage, incorrect items or defective merchandise. All merchandise purchased from must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date at the customer’s expense. (Exceptions: your return shipping of manufacturing defects & company error will be prepaid by us.) Refunds will be processed in the same way the purchase was transacted. If purchased by credit card then the same credit card will receive the refunded amount. ( See restocking fee below ).

Return Condition

Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. (Exception: the item has a manufacturing defect.) If a used product is sent back to us as a return, it will be refused or no refund will be processed on that item. We will not accept returns on Joewell Shears, Create Merchandise, high frequency generators, special orders or Salon Equipment such as cabinets, stations, chairs, shampoo bowls, towel warmers or mats. We will connect you with the manufacturer for service to item(s) under their respective warranty plans. Also, any order in the amount of $500 or more is considered a final sale.

Restocking Fees:

Please be advised, returning items without the original packaging or without Return Authorization will be assessed a 20% deduction from the return credit amount in addition to our normal restocking fee, if a refund is applied after a review. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 30 days. This means that an item must be in new condition and with a Return Authorization Number to be returned to our stock. We do not sell used items. The restocking fee will not apply on manufacturing defects or our fulfillment error. Note: We do not accept returns after 30 days of purchase. We do not credit shipping cost to or from the customer.

Return Instructions:

Please phone 870-972-5300 or email Returns to receive a Return Authorization Number before returning your product. Once you have received your Return Authorization, please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with the return. Pack the shipment well & send with postage or freight prepaid via UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service to the address below. Insure the package (at your expense) for your protection if deemed necessary. Send all authorized returns to:
