This part is fasten to the bottom of the chair by 4 bolts
and the back is attached by 4 bolts (some times attached to the outside of the back sometimes under the upholster back). When the client pushes backward or lays back it automatically allows the back to lay back for shampooing. Earlier models were all chrome, today they only come painted BLACK.
