* This is the part that fits on top of the Barber Pole Motor that allows the "Spear" on the Bottom end of the Red, White & Blue inner cylinder to attach to motor
* Has Screw on lower end to fasten Brass Cup to Motor Shaft
* Size: 1/2" Dia. x 7/8" Tall
* Has Hole in Center of Brass Cup to accept Motor Shaft
* Top is dished out with slit from side to side to accept "Spear" on Bottom of inner cylinder
