Packing Nuts * both Hot and Cold by Belvedere Fits Belvedere Model 112 Two Handle Fixture and Two Handle with Diverter Spout # 4228P Fixture (both Discontinued by Belvedere) Package includes: Two Brass Packing Nuts, Two Packing Rings, Two Brass Washers This is the part that fits under the handle. It is the top part of the Gland Assembly. Why would you need to replace this part? When faucet begins to leak water from underneath the handle (around the top of the stem). You may first try to tighten the Brass Packing Nut, but if that does not work then you would need this item. NOTE: The Packing Rings are very special to this fixture and can NOT be found locally

Seats by Belvedere Fits Belvedere Model 112 and 4228P * Both Two Handle Fixtures package contains: 2 - Seats This is the part that fits in side the fixture body that the Rubber Bib Washer snugs-up aganist, when you turn the handle this allows the water to flow or stops the water. Why would you need to replace this part? If Water is dripping or running thru hose or spout when the fixture is shut off. When the Rubber Bib Washers gets wore-out the metal part of the Gland Assembly will rub up-against the metal Seat making gashes in the smooth surface of the Seat causing the Rubber Bib Washer to ware-out sooner. It is recommended you change-out the Seats when you change-out the Bib Washers!!!
NOTE: The Seats are very special to this fixture and can NOT be found locally
